Welcome to The Mustard Seed Counseling Services, Inc.
The mission of the Mustard Seed Counseling program is to provide substance
abuse counseling and interventions: to assist the adult and youth client in
developing an understanding about the consequences of substance abuse to
assist the client to reach his or her developmentally highest level and to help
the client to live successfully and drug free in their community.
The specific mission of the Mustard Seed Counseling program is that through
the guidance of God’s Holy Word and the Holy Spirit to aid in the spiritual,
mental, and emotional healing of individuals with the disease of Substance
Abuse and/or Addiction.

As I am sure you are aware drug abuse particularly Methamphetamine abuse
is destroying individuals families and communities here in our beautiful area
of Northeast Georgia. Domestic violence, sexual abuse and crime are all sky
rocketing mostly due to the increase in drug abuse in our area. The
destruction to individuals and families is spiritual, physical, mental, social,
and financial. To aid in helping families and individuals heal the faith-based
non-profit The Mustard Seed Counseling Services was formed in December of
2004. The Mustard Seed is non-denominational and is working with clients
and families both at The Cleveland Worship Center - Cleveland, GA. and at
Hollywood Baptist Church in Clarkesville, GA
