Michael Johns, C.A.C. II

Michael Johns is a state certified addiction counselor with over 24 years of
experience and training in helping individuals and families heal from
substance abuse and mental health issues. In addition to directing The
Mustard Seed, Michael is a member of the treatment committee for
Methabersham, and a member of the anti-drug coalition for the Nuturing
Network committee.

Jeanie Johns, B.S.R.N

Jeanie Johns specializes in psychiatric nursing and holds a B.S. degree in
psychology. She brings over 25 years experience providing direct patient care,
staff supervision, program consultation, and management.
Shirl Loyal, M.Ed., LPC

Shirl Loyal is a Georgia Licensed Professional Counselor. She received her
B.S. from Saint Leo College at Eglin Air Force Base Florida and M.Ed. from
the University of Georgia. She has over 12 years experience and training in
the mental health field. She has provided mental health education,
counseling, and staff supervision in a variety of community health settings to
include provision of case management in a runaway/homeless youth shelter.
Sanford K. Blackburn Jr.

S.K. Blackburn Jr has 18 years experience providing mental health care to
the chronically ill and substance addicted clientele. He has also worked with
the homeless, addicted teens, youthful offenders, foster children, and adults.
He holds a B.S. Degree in Psychology and is an addiction counselor for The
Mustard Seed.
